Due to the nature of this offer, branding is not included. We can help you choose the colors and fonts on your website, but you will need to provide us your brand logos.

First, we celebrate! Then, we follows this client on-boarding process:

1. We’ll send you over our agreement and first invoice. Once those are fulfilled, we’ll send you over an invite to our shared team space to get stared.
2. We’ll create a shared Notion team space where you’ll find your welcome packet, info on how to communicate with us best, how to submit work requests and a brief lesson on Notion if you’re unfamiliar with it. This shared Notion team space is where we’ll upload your deliverables, and where you can track the progress of your request. This is also where you can request revisions. You’re going to love it!
3. You’ll get started on your “homework” – aka the questionnaire, website copy workbook, and uploading all of your photos and branding.
4. We’ll hop on our kick-off call on Day 1 of our Website in a Week to iron out all of the details.
5. We get started on the design, and send you over a link once it’s ready to review. You have unlimited revisions during your Website in a Week.
6. Launch and celebrate!
7. 30-days of on-going support.

We never want you to have to “check up on us.” Our goal is to keep you informed of where we’re at multiple times a day with a status report.

We request at least a two-week lead-time for Websites in a Week. We typically have 1 opening for new clients each month, but that fills up quickly. The sooner we can start the conversation, the better.

If you need us RIGHT NOW: We’ll move you to the top of our to-do list, but a 25% priority fee will be added to your invoice.

We design on WordPress, Showit and Shopify. Once we hop on our discovery call, we’ll talk more about the details of the project, and we’ll recommend the platform we believe would be best for your business.
