We require a 3 month minimum, so we can get to know you and your business inside and out. This will allow us to create the best creative solutions for you! And you know what they say – Rome wasn’t built in a day.

We treat every business as if it were our own. Not only are we your in-house creative team, but we’ll also be your #1 cheerleader and your business Fairy God Mother. You’ll never have to hire another designer again.

First, we celebrate! Then, we follows this client on-boarding process:

1. We’ll send you over our agreement and first invoice. Once those are fulfilled, we’ll send you over an invite to our shared team space to get stared.
2. We’ll create a shared Notion team space where you’ll find your welcome packet, info on how to communicate with us best, how to submit work requests and a brief lesson on Notion if you’re unfamiliar with it. This shared Notion team space is where we’ll upload your deliverables, and where you can track the progress of your request. This is also where you can request revisions. You’re going to love it!
3. We rinse and repeat this process for all of your deliverable requests and revisions.

We never want you to have to “check up on us.” Our goal is to keep you informed of where we’re at at least once a week with a status report. For smaller projects, we’ll often be finished before you can even think to ask how things are going.

We request at least a one-week lead-time for new retainers. We typically have 1-2 openings for new clients each month, but those fill up quickly. The sooner we can start the conversation, the better.

If you need us RIGHT NOW: We’ll move you to the top of our to-do list, but a 25% priority fee will be added to your invoice.
